Natasha Dalal and Varun Dhawan

Convenience matters, especially in these times. We love how Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal had a destination wedding that was away yet so close to the city! They had their nuptials today at a sprawling resort in Alibaug with celebs like Kunal Kohli, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Shashank Khaitan, Zoa Morani and others at the venue.

Go with a theme and also keep it as intimate as you can! When Kajal Aggarwal tied the knot with Gautam Kitchlu, they decided to have a limited number of guests and even had a theme for their elegant wedding – ‘Kashmir to Kanyakumari’ that was drawn from the couple’s diverse cultural references. In a post she shared on her Instagram, the actress wrote, “Planning a wedding entails so many moving parts and added to that the pandemic definitely was a challenge. However, we strictly followed covid protocols which meant we had to have a very small wedding, got all our guests tested and created a bubble for everyone who was a part of our celebration.” One also saw floral swings and arches, pretty pink peonies, origami birds and brass bells hanging from a tree, with peacock feathers and flutes, as part of the decor.

The Bollywood stars got married a few years ago. It was all the way in picturesque Italy, but they totally nailed it with their traditional outfits as they matched each other though their wedding functions at Lake Como and back home in Mumbai, in their post-wedding functions as well.

It was all eyes on Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra on their big day as the singer and the Bollywood actor had a traditional Hindu wedding and a Christian ceremony at a palatial hotel! And they followed that up with multiple receptions. Makes complete sense when you would like to have a whole lot of people to be part of your big day.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli

If you plan to have a wedding, why not have a wedding song composed especially for you? That was what took place for Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, when they got married in a lavish and beautiful ceremony in Tuscany, a few years ago. As per reports, singer Harshdeep Kaur composed the song ‘Peer Vi Tu’ especially for the couple. Would you love to have one like that, too?
